Welcome to Pine View Miniature Horse Stud. We got our first mini in 2003....but being like chocolate(addictive)we soon ended up with three more.Today we have fifteen little darlings roaming the paddocks. We purchased our first(and only) stallion in 2004, and he has produced for us two beautiful foals.It was our first season breeding minis and we are now hooked. Pine View is situated 10 minutes out of New Plymouth and has a pine forest as a back drop.We are surrounded by the wonderful sound of native birds ie the Tui,Wood Pigeons,Faintails also Swallows,Shining Cookoos and of cause at night the haunting call of the Morepork. We will from time to time have NZMHA registered stock for sale.So feel free to browse and contact us if you see a mini you like.

Toppa and Shyanne
We have a vast array of colour in our horses from appaloosa to pinto,buckskin to black and of cause a couple with blue eyes. Being reasonably new to the world of little horses we have only shown a few times but came home feeling proud of what we and our four legged friends had achieved.We enjoy going to shows and getting to know other mini addicts and love the fun and the thrill of competing. It's a great way to get the kids out of the house and involved in something they love to do.It gives them a sense of belonging, especially now there are more young ones attending the shows.
